From her quiet upbringing on a South Dakota farm to the hustle & bustle of Denver with a few stints of gypsy in between for good measure, Alex likes to experience different aspects of life.  She recognizes change is inevitable and choice trumps adversity.

     From her home base in Santa Fe, NM, Alex facilitates classes, meet with clients, and speaks at events.  She frequently travels for out-of-state events and clients as well.
